Staff were amazing looking after mum until she passed away on 6th December 2020 however management need to work on there management Skills

My dad spent the last 2 years of his life at Birch Heath Lodge. He quickly felt it was home due to the whole of the staff showing him love and care on a daily basis. Thank you so much from my mum and all our family as we have many happy memories of dad's time with you.
