When I moved to Chester 4 years ago, I went to countless barbers trying to get the perfect haircut. Having recently moved to Christleton I found Drakes and heard some really good reviews from the locals. Well I was not let down. Hayley is amazing, caring and professional. No only does she have amazing attention to detail but she cares and takes the time to make sure the customer is fully happy with the results. As was in my case Hayley wasn’t happy with the first round of dye that she stayed after our scheduled time slot to re-dye my hair. I went to Hayley with half of my head still white (I'm naturally brown) after bleaching my own hair during lockdown. Amazingly, Hayley managed to carefully bleach my roots to match in perfectly with the ends of my hair in one sitting. She then gave me my favourite hair cut that I've ever had. Brilliant hairdressers, I moved from Manchester a year ago and went to 6 different places from September until February. I couldn't find anyone who could cut hair as well as my old Manchester city centre stylist. In February, I went to Drakes for the first time and have been back for every cut. Hayley is an excellent stylist and very friendly and diligent. Always happy with the cut and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend Drakes to anyone, the value is great and the style is always spot on. I'm so relieved I found a good hairstylist in Chester.
